Satan’s Church is Full

Jesus never minced words when it came to exposing corruption among religious leaders. In John 8:44, He confronted the Pharisees with words that struck like lightning. He said, "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies." Jesus wasn’t addressing random criminals or atheists. He was speaking to the so-called spiritual elite of His time. Men who wore robes. Men who preached in the synagogues. Men who were respected and revered by the people. But these same men were spiritually dead. Worse than dead. They were children of the devil.

Fast forward to today and the picture hasn’t changed. In fact, it's gotten worse. What Jesus saw then, we are drowning in now. The modern church is filled with preachers who preach one thing and live another. Churches are led by pastors who talk about love but live in greed. Evangelists who demand money for blessings. Worship leaders who promote themselves more than Christ. Influencers who use Jesus for likes but live like devils behind closed doors. These are not men and women of God. They are spiritual impostors. Wolves in sheep’s clothing. Children of the devil.

This is not just about bad behavior. It is about spiritual identity. Jesus said their father was the devil because their actions mirrored Satan’s nature. Satan is a liar. He is a murderer. He resists truth. Anyone who lies to the people in the name of God is walking in Satan’s footsteps. Anyone who twists Scripture to justify sin is doing the devil’s work. Anyone who blocks people from knowing the real Jesus by offering a fake one is spiritually murdering souls. It doesn’t matter what titles they hold. It doesn’t matter how big their church is. It doesn’t matter how many books they’ve sold. If their lives contradict the Gospel, they are not of God.

Look at the world today. Churches have become stages. Sanctuaries have become studios. Sermons have become TED Talks. Truth has been replaced with motivational nonsense. The Cross has been buried under marketing campaigns. Conviction has been swapped for comfort. Repentance is no longer preached. Holiness is mocked. Righteousness is considered legalistic. Meanwhile, pastors drive luxury cars and live in mansions while their congregations struggle to pay rent. They justify it as "God's blessing," but Jesus had no place to lay His head. Paul made tents to support his ministry. The early church sold their possessions to help the poor. What we see today is not Christianity. It is spiritual fraud.

Many of today’s religious leaders are leading people straight to hell. They baptize people in water but never in truth. They fill auditoriums but not hearts. They tell people what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear. They avoid hard topics like sin, judgment, hell, and holiness because it would hurt attendance. They say God wants to bless you, but never tell you to pick up your cross. They teach you how to live your best life now, but ignore the eternal consequences. They quote Scripture out of context and build entire doctrines on lies. These are not harmless errors. These are deadly deceptions.

The people of God are being led by liars. They are being taught by deceivers. And many are blind to it. They follow charismatic personalities instead of Christ. They cling to tradition instead of truth. They elevate pastors above the Bible. They defend churches instead of defending the faith. And because of this, they are spiritually lost.

Jesus said the truth will set you free. But how can anyone be free if they are never told the truth? How can anyone be saved if they are given a false gospel? How can anyone grow if they are fed spiritual junk food? The answer is they can’t. This is why the world is as dark as it is. The light has been dimmed by compromise. The salt has lost its flavor. The church has lost its spine. And in this weakness, Satan has found his pulpit.

The children of the devil are not just outside the church. They are standing behind the pulpit. They are singing on the stage. They are publishing Christian books. They are teaching at seminaries. They are running conferences. They have degrees, platforms, and popularity, but they do not have the Holy Spirit. They do not walk in the fear of the Lord. They do not tremble at His Word. They do not carry His burden. They carry their own agenda. They are spiritual entertainers, not spiritual leaders.

This isn’t just a warning. This is a wake-up call. The Bible says in the last days people will not endure sound doctrine. They will gather teachers to tell them what their itching ears want to hear. That is exactly what we see today. The devil is not afraid of a big church. He is afraid of a holy church. He is not worried about Christians who attend services. He is worried about Christians who obey God. He does not fear worship songs. He fears the Word of God lived out.

If you call yourself a follower of Christ, then examine who you are following. Are you following Jesus or a personality? Are you being discipled by the Word or by someone’s social media page? Are you being challenged to repent or encouraged to remain comfortable? Are you being taught truth or being fed lies with a smile?

Jesus didn’t come to play religious games. He didn’t come to make people feel good about their sin. He came to destroy the works of the devil. He came to call sinners to repentance. He came to save souls, not to entertain crowds. And He expects His followers to do the same.

We are not here to build brands. We are here to build the Kingdom. We are not here to win followers. We are here to make disciples. We are not here to sell products. We are here to preach the Gospel. If your pastor is more concerned with growing his platform than growing your soul, get out. If your church looks more like a concert than a house of prayer, leave. If the sermons avoid the Bible and focus on feelings, run. Because what you are dealing with is not Christianity. It is counterfeit. It is demonic. It is deadly.

It’s time to clean house. It’s time to flip the tables like Jesus did. It’s time to call out the liars and expose the frauds. It’s time to stop applauding sin and start mourning it. It’s time to get back to the Gospel. The real Gospel. The offensive, bloody, narrow, and powerful Gospel. The Gospel that crucifies flesh. The Gospel that demands repentance. The Gospel that produces holiness. The Gospel that brings life through death. That is the only Gospel that saves.

Anything else is a lie.

Anything else is from the devil.

And anyone who preaches a different gospel is a child of the devil.

It doesn’t matter how nice they are. It doesn’t matter how loving they sound. It doesn’t matter how successful they appear. If they are not preaching the truth, they are deceiving you. If they are not leading you to the cross, they are leading you to hell. Jesus had no tolerance for spiritual hypocrisy and neither should we. He didn’t sugarcoat sin. He didn’t protect reputations. He exposed darkness with light.

That’s what we must do. Speak the truth. Live the truth. Die for the truth if necessary. Because eternity is on the line.

So to every preacher still holding the line, don’t back down. To every believer who still fears God, don’t compromise. To every church still preaching holiness, keep going. You are the remnant. You are the light in the darkness. You are the last line of defense against the flood of deception. Stand firm.

Because the children of the devil are multiplying.

But so are the children of God.
